The Morgan Family is planning a reunion. Alex and Sarah both want it to happen, but a busy week can turn “we should book somewhere” into another forgotten conversation. Alex creates “Book the family reunion”, chooses 18 July 2027 as the date to act by, and sets an earlier reminder for 11 July. These are example dates, not a venue booking.
A useful title says what to do. Keep the deadline separate from the reunion itself, and leave enough time to check availability and talk to everyone involved.
Choose who needs the nudge
Alex includes Sarah in this reminder. In the film, Alex receives an illustrative Android app alert. Sarah receives a concept WhatsApp reminder after choosing to receive it. She does not need a Reminder Tracker account in that planned journey, and receiving an alert does not give her access to the family’s other reminders.
WhatsApp delivery and public iOS availability are planned. The film previews the idea; it does not show a released integration or a real message being sent. Consumer Web and mobile screens are illustrative, and public registration remains closed.
Keep the good part in view
The reminder is the prompt to act. Alex and Sarah still choose the venue and make the booking themselves. Mark the job as done once it has actually happened, then record another date only if there is a useful follow-up.
The benefit is simple: one shared plan, a timely nudge for each person, and more room to enjoy the reunion.
The film’s story, in words
- One reunion. Two people ready. Everyone is coming. Someone needs to book. A phone turns from its edge to reveal an illustrative reminder screen.
- Alex searches for “Family reunion” and reviews “Book the family reunion”. The view moves closer as the words appear.
- The chosen date, 18 July 2027, lifts out of the phone, followed by “7 days before”. The next reminder is 11 July 2027. All dates in this film are examples.
- Alex chooses Alex and Sarah for this reminder. Their names lift out of the screen. The phone turns and shows “Reminder saved”.
- On 11 July 2027, an illustrative Android app alert reminds Alex about family reunion. The notification lifts towards the viewer.
- Sarah receives a separate concept WhatsApp reminder. Sarah has opted in; no Reminder Tracker sign-up is needed in this planned journey. WhatsApp is not yet publicly available.
- One shared plan. A nudge for each of you. Make room for the good times. The fictional Alex and Sarah appear in a split portrait. The film ends with “Reminder Tracker. Everything important, at the right time. Early access preview.” WhatsApp is planned. Sarah opts in first.
