Agree what needs doing

Riverside Cycling Club is a fictional small group. Daniel and Mei have a membership renewal to arrange before 30 June 2027. They choose 16 June for a reminder, leaving two weeks to check the details and decide the next step.

This is an illustrative idea for a group, not an announcement of a launched club or business administration service. Use the actual deadline and terms from the organisation involved.

A shared nudge does not mean everyone sees everything

Daniel takes care of the renewal. Mei needs to know when it is coming up, so the film shows an app reminder for each of them. They share this selected job by choice, rather than assuming the whole club needs access.

Decide who will act and who only needs the reminder. Keep payment details, membership lists and private documents outside a reminder title.

Close the loop after the action

An alert is a prompt, not proof of payment or renewal. Daniel checks the confirmation from the organisation and then records the job as done. If there is another renewal, he checks its date before setting the next reminder.

The idea also fits a family association or a small community group: agree the next step, give the right people a timely nudge, and spend less time chasing one another. Public registration is not open yet.

The film’s story, in words

  1. The next ride. Already on your mind. A busy week. One renewal worth remembering. A phone turns from its edge to reveal an illustrative reminder screen.
  2. Daniel searches for “Club membership” and reviews “Renew club membership”. The view moves closer as the words appear.
  3. The chosen date, 30 June 2027, lifts out of the phone, followed by “14 days before”. The next reminder is 16 June 2027. All dates in this film are examples.
  4. Daniel chooses Daniel and Mei for this reminder. Their names lift out of the screen. The phone turns and shows “Reminder saved”.
  5. On 16 June 2027, an illustrative Android app alert reminds Daniel about club membership. The notification lifts towards the viewer.
  6. Mei receives a separate illustrative app reminder. Both people can see their own nudge; the alert does not prove the job has been completed.
  7. A small club. A shared next step. Keep the people. Lose the chasing. The phone turns to show the saved plan. The film ends with “Reminder Tracker. Everything important, at the right time. Early access preview.” Illustrative club scenario. Early access preview.
